Emily is totally right. Airbrush tattoos can look pretty real if done right. You can also try Henna. It doesn't look like an actual tattoo, but it lasts for about a month. Normally it can only be done in dark brown or reddish colored paste.

Other than henna, the longest lasting body art (that's still temporary) would be resin based body paints, they can last a week or more with care. Crystallized indigo will last 3-5 days or so.

DO NOT use Sharpy Markers!!! Try Henna. You can buy it at your local craft store. Some even have kits with designs/stencils.

I don't know if you're old enough to drink, but I would take a little china teacup and saucer to drink from if it's a house party, if it's a club or trick or treating I wouldn't bother with that. A bow tie would be cute and obviously the hat. I think I would try wear a tailcoat aswell but that's more outfit than accessories. You could get some stripey tights from topshop?

For wind- carrie around a fan:) do your hair to where it looks like it’s being blown back!!
For fire- make a hat with fire on it?
For water- Somehow, have the sound of a waterfall to where anyone near you can hear:)
For earth- rub dirt/mud on your face? and, maybe have a fake vine twirling around your body (play-on of mother nature)

All of them can have jewelry in the color of their element, though. (exp.- fire-red, orange, yellow necklaces and such)
